Membership payments

You may cancel your membership at any time via the payment process merchant’s instructions (i.e. Paypal, Stripe, etc.) (Instructions in "Limitations of liability Cancellation and Refund Policy" section below). Automatic renewal feature

Unless you cancel your membership payments through your online Merchant’s account before your renewal date that you wish to cancel your membership, you understand that your membership will automatically renew on your assigned renewal date. Limitations of liability

BOOTCAMP - 6 Week Bootcamp, Results in 6 Weeks or Less, Money Back Guarantee Limitations and Requirements.

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned individual ("Member") and [Bootcamp Provider], collectively referred to as the "Parties," pertaining to the terms and conditions of participation in the 6-week bootcamp ("Bootcamp"). By signing below, Member agrees to abide by the following terms:

Training Sessions: a. Member must attend weekly 1-hour group training sessions, scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 PM (MST). Sessions will be conducted via video chat through the specific program provider or within the membership area unless otherwise stated. b. Member is required to schedule a weekly 1-1 coaching video call within the coach's available time slots. c. The only person with the authority to reschedule sessions is the instructor/coach, and rescheduling automatically voids the guarantee. d. A coach may unilaterally terminate a member's participation for being unreasonable, inappropriate, or violating community guidelines set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

Coach's Authority: a. The coach has sole authority to reschedule sessions due to sickness or exceptional circumstances and may continue the refund guarantee in such cases.

Eligibility for Refund Guarantee: a. Failure to attend a group training or coaching call renders the Member ineligible for the Bootcamp refund guarantee. b. Members must gain and retain the "Consistency Badge" within the membership forums to be eligible for the refund guarantee. The badge requirements are listed in the Docs section of the membership area.

Technical Issues: a. If a Member encounters technical issues during a session, they should immediately attempt to remediate the issue and rejoin the session. If unable to rejoin, the Member should promptly email support@byebyelazyeye.com to notify the program of the issues.

Privacy Compliance: a. The Bootcamp complies with privacy laws. Members agree to waive HIPAA laws in the context of this program. Any medical questions asked by instructors or coaches are solely for program purposes.

Success Timeframe: a. Members are expected to achieve results within 6 weeks. If not achieved, a full refund is available, provided the Member has followed all eligibility requirements for the refund guarantee. b. The measurement of success is any slight movement of the eye.

Rescheduling Sessions: a. Rescheduling a session must be scheduled for the same day or the next day; any further rescheduling is not possible.

Cancellation by Bootcamp Provider: a. If the Bootcamp provider cancels the entire program before completion, a full refund will be made to the affected members.

Dissatisfaction and Early Withdrawal: a. No member can request a refund due to dissatisfaction with program content or coaching style. b. Any early withdrawal from the Bootcamp voids any and all refunds.

Notification of Changes and Support: a. The Bootcamp will not be required to notify members of any changes to the schedule or terms. Changes will be made in the terms and conditions document online. b. Members can reach out to support@byebyelazyeye.com for any inquiries or concerns.

for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
